At Devotion To Kaizen (DTK), we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (United States): 1–3 business days (when available)
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will have estimated shipping timelines listed on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
DTK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, DTK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your package is missing after being marked delivered, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
DTK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to certain regions, countries, or addresses where delivery service is unavailable or unreliable.
